Alicia Rock, Camp Fire Survivor

The Camp Fire has taken all of Alicia and her daughter’s belongings and their home. While the fire raged a strong, hardworking single mom and her child lost all their worldly possessions.

Alicia has been working around the clock to ensure the fueling of Emergency Aircraft and work as support for flight crew, mechanics, CHP, National Guard, Cal Fire, Emergency Helicopter Companies and so many more.

She has selflessly given her all to save others. All the while knowing her home was burned to the ground with nothing left. She didn’t falter or breakdown she just persevered....a warrior with a mission to save lives, homes and pets.

In her haste to save her family and attend to fueling for aircraft that saved many homes...she packed nothing. Her mind was on helping her family and people in need.

Alicia chose to respond to the call of family and the call of duty. These selfless actions should be recognized. She and her daughter have nothing....no clothing, no home and their life needs to be brought back together.

The community should truly take this opportunity to thank someone who helped to save so many people, animals and homes with her actions. Please give anything you can and know it will help them rebuild. It will help to clothe them and give themselves a sense of right from this wrong.
