My heart broke when I read the news that Lund University will not be able to provide FAFSA to new students from the US after all. I received the news 3 days after accepting my position at Lund.

I have dreamed of going abroad for 9 years and came very close to being an exchange student during my Bachelor's but Covid of course prevented that from happening. I've saved up for three years, but with financial aid being taken away I am afraid it will not be enough.

I have already paid the first tuition installment! I'm working towards earning my second tuition installment. What I need help with is my third tuition installment since I can not work more than 20 hours per week as a foreign student on a residence permit. Each semester costs roughly $5,000 USD.

I am going for my Masters of Science in psychology in order to open my own practice for people suffering from anxiety disorders. If you are in a position where you can contribute anything I would greatly appreciate it!!
