I am Chelsea Kimball, a friend of Alicia Leggett’s. Alicia crashed while riding her mountain bike on September 30, 2022. She is currently in the hospital with a traumatic brain injury. She has not yet regained consciousness and we are waiting for more information from the doctors as they do more tests. We will update this page as soon as we know more. Please help Alicia and her family cover costs while she is in the ICU.

Alicia has been a big part of the mountain bike community for a long time. From racing EWS to coaching to MTB journalism she has done a lot for our community. Alicia does have health insurance and good support from her work. We just want to make Alicia’s road to recovery as easy as possible.
