Alice Stenberg was a hard-working single mother in 1950s. She raised her children while working and living at the Radcliffe Telephone Office. The building was over 100 years old and stood empty for over 50 years. Our family purchased and is currently renovating the telephone office, to fullfill our mission of providing rent free housing for a single parent. The money we seek through this fundraiser is for the building renovation. It has been gutted. A new concrete floor was poured in the basement. A structural engineer was hired to secure the building. A new roof was added. We need all new windows, doors, drywall and painting, in addition to brick work needing repaired. Our mission is to provide hope for the future through housing assistance.
