In Loving Memory of Alice Marie Harris

On August 12, 2025, our beloved Alice Marie Harris, known to many as a faithful servant of

God, a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, went home to

be with the Lord.

Alice’s life was filled with faith, love, and family. She was a woman you could always call when

you needed prayer, encouragement, or a listening ear. She was deeply passionate about her

family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and shared a special bond with her

granddaughter Ashlynn, who lovingly called her “Nana.” Whether through her prayers, her

presence, or her joyful love of leopard print, Alice had a way of making everyone feel cared for

and cherished.

Alice leaves behind two beloved sons, Johnny and Chauncy, and an extended family who loved

her deeply. Her legacy is one of faith, strength, and love—a true reflection of her walk with God

and her devotion to those around her.

As we prepare to honor Alice’s life, we are faced with unexpected funeral expenses, including

transporting her body from Long Beach, California to her final resting place in Louisiana. We are

humbly asking for support to help cover these costs. Any contribution, no matter how small, will

go toward giving Alice the homegoing service she deserves.

We thank you for your love, prayers, and support during this difficult time. Alice touched many

lives with her faith and kindness, and it is our hope that her memory will continue to inspire us

all.
