Alice Emilia Woodson was a Valentine's Day baby, born on February 14th, 1987. Her outgoing personality and free spirit endeared her to her Stuart Circle and Monument Avenue community where she was a familiar figure walking her beloved pups, Jasmine, Nola and Trap. She made friends in a heartbeat and cared passionately about social issues, people marginalized in society and animal welfare.Alice tragically lost her life as a result of a crash on October 8th, 2019. As her friends and loved ones struggle to process life without her in our midst and find a fitting way to memorialize her life, this GoFundMe page has been created in her honor. All proceeds will go directly to her family to assist them with expenses related to her passing. Any additional funds will be distributed to organizations that shared Alice's vision for a just and humane society for people and animals, as well as potentially a memorial scholarship.
