As you probably know I was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer almost 3 years ago. Many of you will also know that Ali and I love to exercise but share a deep dislike of cycling. So strangly we have signed up to do the Tour de 4 at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome on 7 September on the static bikes...safer for all concerned we think.
