Help support a single mother Ali and Mason on Maui

I'm Cass from Seattle, and have been visiting and sharing the love of Maui for many years. I was on the island and witnessed the devastation firsthand. I'm fundraising for my friend Ali and her son Mason. Ali is a single mother living just a few miles from downtown Lahaina. Mason is six years old and was supposed to start school Monday the 21st; however, his school was destroyed in the fire. Ali has very little support on the Island. They have gone without power or cell service for a week and had only a few places to purchase food in West Maui. You can't leave the area easily, and Alli's job is closed indefinitely. She's too proud to ask for help, but I know she's struggling, not working, and stressing about paying rent on Sept 1st, buying food, and keeping Mason as sheltered from this tragedy as possible. She's a hard worker and a fantastic mother. 100% of the donations will go to her so she can meet their basic necessities of rent and food and provide proper child care for Mason until she can get back to work and on her feet again.
