We are in mourning over the loss of Ali on Sep 27, 2019, taken far too young resulting from a motorcycle accent returning home from work.
Ali was a wonderful father, husband and friend, who loved to share that energy with his family and those around him. Everyone who knew him would agree he had an infectious, room-brightening smile. Ali worked for several area newspapers reporting on local events and contributing insightful opinion pieces. These works persist in our digital age and now serve as a window into Ali’s heart. Ali was also an avid outdoorsman running a small business sharing the Low Country through kayak and paddle board tours.
