ALG's tour emergency recovery fund

Hi guys, my name is Alice Longyu Gao. I am an independent/DIY artist from China, currently based in LA / NYC / Shanghai. Sep 22th 2023, my entire rental tour car was stolen in Montreal. All instruments and equipments that I invested to put on my 1st proper headline tour, were stolen. All my merch, performing outfits made/provided by friends & fam, my makeup and accessories, were stolen.

I am devastated because the thief took my livelihood, as well as my personal belongings that hold so much sentimental value and cannot be replaces. I still have at least 9 shows worldwide to finish for this tour. I need to get replacements ASAP, and I need to recover from this huge loss. We are waiting to hear back from the insurance company and the car rental company about whats gonna happen next... ... The police found the car! However the thief emptied out the car, the police weren't able to find any of my instruments, tour equipments, merch, outfits and personal belongings. We are working to figure this out. Unfortunately for the rest of September tour dates, I won't be able to do the show that I was planning on doing.
