Hi.. my names Kay and most people know me as the Landlady from the Hare & Hounds in Stacksteads

In the early hours of Sunday night/Monday morning the Minibus of Alfs Black Belt Academy was burnt out by vandals… (see pictures) and although the minibus is insured I’m aware there’s a rather large excess to pay on the policy. I know what a massive asset the club is to Rossendale and especially Stacksteads. Teaching young people discipline, respect and keeping them fit. It’s such a shame this has happened.

The minibus has been invaluable to the club, taking members to competitions and even social events. I hope that you can find your way to dig deep and help to pay towards the excess and maybe even contribute to a better minibus once the insurance money is paid. I appreciate money is tight but every little bit will help. Thank you Kay x
