Alfonzo's Leukemia treatment

I am Suevelyn and this is my 12 year old son Alfonzo, a boy full of life, joy and a soccer lover. He is a soccer player at MiramarPal league and right when the season started he suffer a fall where his knee got injured and was instructed by doctors to get some rest, a week after not getting better he was send to physical therapy, nothing seemed to be helping and he was getting worst at the point where his joints hurt so much he could barely walk. After being transfer to the orthopedist and test were run he deliver the unexpected news: Alfonzo was diagnosed with AAL (Acute Lymphoblastic) Leukemia.

Alfonzo has started his chemotherapy treatment but unfortunately some of the medicines that were prescribed are not covered by insurance and as a single mother of three I'm fighting to provide not only for him but his two siblings, with my oldest son also suffering from a degenerative condition known as Duchenne Syndrome.

This situation has affected my ability to work since I have to take care of him and his brother full time.
