If you know Hannah and Dia, you probably already know how much their dog, Alfie, means to them. Unfortunately, their little family has hit a really tough patch, and this fundraiser is meant to help take some of the stress off their shoulders.

Alfie recently broke his leg and needs surgery to get better. He has a radius and ulna fracture and needs an orthopedic surgeon to place tiny metal plates so he can heal properly. On top of the stress and worry of seeing their little guy hurt, the unexpected vet bills have created a pretty overwhelming financial burden.

To make things even harder, Hannah is also recovering from a major surgery of her own. Instead of being able to focus on resting and recovering, Hannah and Dia now have the added worry of figuring out how to cover Alfie’s medical expenses. The total cost of care will be around $10K, and the hope is to raise a portion of that to give them a little breathing room during an already stressful time.
