UPDATE- Alex is so greatful for all the responses so far. she's working hard every day in the gym and at home working out to build up her strength and stamina for a gold medal. This is an experience that she will take with her forever, and appreciates all the support. GO TEAM USA! 

Alex recently had the opportunity to compete in the Dwarf athletic Associations National Games, and had a blast. She loved being able to play sports with people that were just like her.

The World Games are only every 4 years. This summer they will be held in Canada. This will be the first time that she will have the opportunity to attend these games. Alex is super excited and wants to compete in a multitude of sports. Especially soccer. Between travel and lodging and fees for these games, the expense is great.
