Hi. This is my nephew. He lost his right hand and only has his wedding finger and thumb on his left hand. Please let me explain.

His name is Alex Gaitan 9 yrs of age. Very out going and fun. And extremely curious as any other 9yr old child.

July. 4, 2021 as the parties boomed with patriotic joy and fireworks. Unfortunately, 

On July.11, 2021 who'd ever thought that someone would leave an unused short fuse 1040 DC or better known as a BIG bang skyrocket on the side of a street where a lot of kids including 9yr old Alex Gaitan play. "It is important to clean up after the fun to avoid accidents like this" causing Alex the need of prosthetic hands for the rest of his life to match his growth. 

Alex finds this golf ball sized Big bang skyrocket and takes it home. With the help of a friend Alex holding the firework on his hands, his friend lights it, immediately causing a blinding flash and before he can even think of throwing it the flash was followed by a BIG BANG EXPLOSION, An extreme life changing experience that will now never go away. He will be missing out on his favorite sports. He Played soccer & loved the sports and wanted to play football and basketball. Also played video games with me. Call of duty mobile, and other games also occasionally riding his mini dirt bike with his Nino "GodFather". We are extremely happy he is still alive, but very hurt and saddened of what he has lost causing the need of prosthetic hands. Please be responsible and clean up after yourselves. Today 7/28/2021 Alex's Dad got fired from his job for taking time off to be with him.
