Alex’s gender affirming surgery

My name is Alex, I’m a 26 year old Transgender male. I appeal to you as I am desperately trying to raise money towards consultations, hormone replacement and most importantly my gender affirming surgery. This procedure is called Subcutaneous mastectomy or more commonly referred to as “Top Surgery”.

My larger chest size is the origin of an unpleasantry I am forced to experience called “Gender Dysphoria”. This causes me intense daily distress and affects my mental health because my larger chest is not easy to conceal, making the appearance of the silhouette i’ve always dreamed of challenging. Having top surgery will benefit me in so many ways I can’t even begin to explain how this will make me feel so much happier within myself.
