It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of our amazing friend Alex, who passed away suddenly on 10th November 2025 at just 24 years old.

Alex wasn’t only a devoted son, brother and friend - he was someone who dedicated his life to saving others. As both a firefighter and lifeguard he was someone who ran towards danger when others needed help. Protecting people wasn’t just his career, it was his calling. His courage and selflessness touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Alex was the kind of person who made the world feel safer by simply being in it.

Beyond the uniform, Alex was an incredible friend. He showed up. He listened. He made people laugh when they needed it most and stood by them when life was heavy. He had a heart bigger than most and a strength that went far beyond what many ever saw. To know Alex was to feel supported, protected, and cared for.

He poured his heart into everything he did - from playing the guitar to snowboarding, and so many other passions. In our small town, Alex was known for his warm smile and infectious laugh. He left a mark everywhere he went.

Losing Alex has left an immeasurable hole in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him. His passing was sudden and devastating, and the pain is beyond words. As his family and loved ones begin to navigate a life without him, they are also facing the unexpected cost of a funeral and memorial expenses.
