We also provide support in other ways, helping to improve the resilience of families who find life very tough.

A bit about my running journey - as someone who has never ran in their life, a half marathon seemed like an unthinkable challenge! As well as raising money for a great cause, I am pushing myself out of my comfort zone and hope to build some good exercise habits along the way!

I started with the BBC Couch to 5K - 9 week programme for beginners and can now run 10 miles! ‍♀️ 3 miles and 6 weeks to go!
