Alex’s Fight Against Breast Cancer

Alex is a beautiful, caring, genuine 31 year old woman with so much life ahead of her. She’s the kind of person you pray your daughter will one day grow up to be like. She’s a nurse who has battled on the frontlines through this worldwide pandemic, the kind of human who will give the shirt off her back for a stranger if she knows it’ll bring them comfort. She recently got married in October 2021 to the man of her dreams, John. They’ve been together for 7 years and their relationship is one of the strongest, most loving relationships many have ever witnessed. Shortly after her magical wedding day, Alex discovered a lump in her breast and soon after received the news that it was indeed breast cancer. Alex has recently started her battle against this horrible diagnosis. Beginning with IVF, to ensure that her and her incredible husband can successfully grow their family once this is journey is behind them. As most know, IVF is not covered under insurance and costs upwards of $16,000. Alex will also have to undergo 6 months of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, as well as radiation. This will require a recovery period and unplanned time off of work. Since receiving her diagnosis, Alex has taken what feels like hit after hit, and if we can relieve the slightest bit of stress, even if it’s just finically, I know that it would make a world of a difference. Alex and John would never ask for help themselves, but I’m asking for them. If you feel it is on your heart to donate to this amazing young couple, I know they would be forever grateful.
