Everyone who knows my brother, Mark "Alex" Simon knows he's the first person to help. Whether it's helping with a roof in July or coming to jump a car in January, you knew he'd be there. And now he needs us.

The recent allegations against Alex are serious and devastating. The government has seized all of his assets, leaving him indigent. My family has few resources, and our aging parents are cashing out their retirement to put toward his legal fees and expenses.

While we're doing everything we can in order to get him the lawyer he needs, without help we will not be able to.
