Hi! I'm Alexis Hardin... also known as LuLu….a sophomore at Kentucky Country Day School in Louisville Kentucky. My dreams are to make Lulu golf a household name and to play in the LPGA.
Since I was a young child I've dreamed about winning the Ladies U.S. Open! I've imagined what it would be like kissing the trophy and holding it high above my head. I've been on the golf course for as long as I can remember, even before I could walk. I started out holding flags for my dad and his friends and slowly fell in love with the game. It's hard to believe where I am in terms of my golf game at this point in my life.
This has been a very good year for me. I won my Kentucky High School regional golf tournament. Here is link to an article about my victory from the Louisville Courier Journal.

I qualified for state twice and won the majority of my matches. This is all very encouraging, but I’m still young, developing and am not where I need to be yet.
The IMG Academy in Florida is the top golf training school. They only accept the best players and I have been accepted into their summer program. I know going to IMG camp will give me the edge I desire and need to get into a Division 1 university. This is where you come in. To get into IMG's camp, I need to raise $10,000. That is just to attend the camp, not including any traveling expenses. Although I have 2 part-time jobs to help with the cost, I'm respectfully asking that you help me get to this exclusive golf camp. It's a big investment and all of the money raised goes directly into a savings account for this camp. Thank you for considering helping me reach this next step in my golf career.
In order to complete registration for IMG, my fundraising deadline is March 1st. Golf is my life and I can't see a future without it! I'm extremely grateful for you stopping by to learn a little about me. Please know words cannot express how much this means to me. Giving back to the community is part of the fiber of my being and I can't wait to hit the pro tour and use golf as a platform to inspire others, just like I've been inspired.
