My name is Yaneiry Deras, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my family following the heartbreaking loss of my dear cousin, Alexis Quintanilla Deras, as he was a victim of the shooting on September 21, 2026.

Alexis was a loving 19 year old young man. His sudden passing has left his family really heart broken and in a really bad place in life.

Since Alexis’s passing, my aunt has continued caring for and raising two of his siblings, Oscar and John. She is now making sure the boys have the love, care, and stability they need during this difficult time.

We are creating this GoFundMe simply as a way for those who would like to support Alexis’s mother and brothers as they move forward together. Any support will help with his funeral expenses and everyday expenses for his Mother and siblings.
