Alexis Needs Life-Saving Treatment

My dog, named Alexis, was hit by a car just recently. I am still in shock, and as I write this, he is panting and in pain. The vet bill was costly, and we were barely able to give him pain medication. He is bleeding all over the place, and I am torn. I want him to survive; I want to be able to give my puppy a good life.
