For almost 6 months to the day, our Alexis battled a very aggressive, destructive, and mostly incurable disease called Nonuremic Calcyphilaxis.
She fought so bravely and never complained once. We are so proud of her and her inner fortitude to fight as long as she was able.
In the end, the disease was just too aggressive and spread too fast to be contained and treated.
We would be most grateful to anyone who would like to donate to this fund to help us offset some of the costs of her memorial services and other final preparations.
