Imagine for a moment what you would do if your home caught fire. Obviously the first thing would be to get everyone out safely, but once that is done, assessing the damage is devastating and heartbreaking.

Alexia's apartment caught fire over New Year break. Thankfully, she is safe and unharmed, but unfortunately, her personal belongings such as clothing, bedding, and kitchen items, etc. are damaged or have been completely destroyed. As the damage is assessed, she is unable to move into another suitable unit within her building, leaving her without a permanent home for the time being.
