Dear family, friends and valued clients,
For the past 5 years, I have been fortunate to be the co-owner of “The Fix Berkeley”.
Like many other local and small businesses, mine has been affected with by the mandatory closures caused by the COVID-19 crisis. Given that we are not considered an essential business, we are required to temporarily close to help prevent the spread of the virus.
While running your own business can be financially, physically, and mentally rewarding, it can also be scary in times like these. Like many sole-proprietors, this pandemic has had a huge financial hit to my business.
With the Fix Berkeley being closed, I have not been able to work and while the shelter in place is mandated, rent and recurring bills continue. if I am not there physically working on a client’s, I am not making money. I am in a financial hardship.
I am reaching out for support; I understand that right now is a tough time for everyone. If financially able, I humbly ask you to consider donating any amount, big or small, to help me sustain my financial needs to get through this difficult time.
I would like to thank everyone who has personally reached out. Your concern and support brings me comfort during this difficult time.
I pray for this all to end soon and I look forward to re-opening as soon as possible.
