Ali was walking to the grocery store but was a victim of a Hit and Run on Pulaski Highway near Joppa Farm road. Ali was a part time employee at Walmart and did not have life insurance. All funeral arrangements and expenses are now left to her mother, Rhea Willard. We are asking for any donations to help her family during this difficult time.
