In Loving Memory of Alex Wright
We are heartbroken to share news of the passing of our dear friend, colleague, and trusted advisor - Alex Wright.
Alex was an extraordinary person. Whether you knew him as a friend, worked alongside him, or partnered with him professionally, you’ll remember his brilliance, kindness, and the unmistakable spark he brought to every interaction. He was an outstanding professional - thoughtful, principled, and deeply committed to the people he worked with. His ability to connect, advise, and support was second to none and with a maturity beyond his years. He earned the respect and admiration of everyone around him.
Alex was someone who made life better simply by being in it. His sense of humour was legendary - clever, warm, and always perfectly timed. He had a way of lifting spirits, making people laugh, and reminding us not to take ourselves too seriously. He was the kind of person who made you feel like you mattered, and that’s a rare gift.
His extraordinary spirit was ever-present during the last 18 months as he demonstrated resilience, strength and positive energy through ill health that was utterly awe inspiring.
Recently, Alex and his wife Stephanie welcomed their beautiful daughter, Aurelia, into the world. He was overjoyed to become a father, and spoke about his new role with such pride and love. It’s hard to put into words how much he meant to those around him - but we hope this page can be a small way to honour his memory and support the family he loved so deeply.
We’ve created this donation page to give friends, colleagues, and clients a way to come together and show their appreciation for Alex. All contributions will go directly to Stephanie, who will manage the funds. Our hope is that these donations can help support Aurelia’s future - perhaps even contribute to her education, something Alex cared deeply about and would have championed wholeheartedly.
Thank you for your generosity, your support, and for helping us celebrate Alex’s life - a life defined by intelligence, integrity, laughter, and love.
