Alex's Knee Surgery

My brother in law Alex Soule is a 23 year old, fun loving individual. He is a Tennessee native but now resides in the Austin, TX area. He married my sister Sarah last May and they moved here to start a new life and a new business.
Back in Alcoa, TN, Alex was a two time state champion in football. He's always had a passion for the game and was eager to start playing again. During his first practice on March 9th, he suffered a tremendous knee injury. Over the course of the past few weeks he been seen by several doctors and the end diagnosis wasn't what we'd hoped for. The doctors all agree that he will require a surgery in order to ever be able to run or play the majority of sports again. He has a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament with associated lateral bone contusions, a posterior medial meniscal tear, a posterior lateral meniscal tear, a low grade fibulocollateral and medial collateral ligament sprains, medial patellofemoral ligament sprain and a large joint effusion.
Alex's surgery is scheduled for April 16, 2019. This injury has been devastating to Alex and Sarah as he was uninsured at the time of the incident, has been unable to work, drive, or even walk for more than a few minutes at a time. He has been in pain since March 9th and their business has suffered greatly. All payments towards the surgery are REQUIRED up front and this is a substantial amount of money for two young people. I'm asking all of our family and friends to come together and help this newlywed couple get through this stressful procedure and get back on their feet.
