Alex's Half Marathon for HUMEN

I'm going to try and get round a half marathon. Which is a long way for myself and a man of my wonderfully full stature. I'm putting myself through this torture for a hugely worthwhile cause,  HUMEN. 

HUMEN are on a mission to change the face of what it means to be a man. With 75% of all UK suicides being carried out by men, they want to end the stigma around opening up about mental health and prevent men from suffering in silence and dying too young.

But it’s not enough to just say that men need to talk. You and your involvement will help us build the movement to improve and maintain men’s mental health through The HUMEN Space – a safe, anonymous and judgement free zone for men to talk, listen and connect on a regular basis.
