Alex Wierzba, his brother, Richard, and their family are suffering from a tragic accident that happened on May 17. They were both shot by their uncle, who then turned the gun on himself and died. Richard, 21 years old, was critically injured but is recovering. Alex, 15 years old, is on life support and is not expected to survive. . . Plans are being made to donate his organs so that his premature death is not in vain and he can give others a chance for a better life.

Alex is a gentle, loving soul, and always a source of laughter and compassion. He has brought joy to all those who know him. His organ donation will carry on his legacy of love and caring.

Alex and Richard will continue to be dearly loved by their mother, their grandmothers, their sister, their little brother, aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as their many friends.
