Alex & Tristan’s Fresh Start

Hey everyone, as most of you know I have been going through a separation with Tristan’s father since the incident that occurred on Oct. 1st. Unfortunately even though most of you were either present, or watched us get married on Netflix he is fighting the legality of our marriage.

By doing this he has put me in a very vulnerable position trying to force me out of our home, that is only in his name, with no means and no place to live for Tristan and I to be together. Experiencing this after being with someone you loved and trusted for a decade is both heartbreaking and terrifying.

I have been working part time for the last year, but have mostly been a stay at home mom, so I am starting from scratch. I have a full time paralegal position lined up to start, but no backing to get me on my feet. With all of the legal fees and no nest egg it is overwhelming.

My ultimate goal will be to try and get a house for Tristan and I, but I’m not sure that is possible right now. So I will have to look for a house/apt to rent instead until I can get in a better financial position.

For now I am hanging on by a thread in our home and fighting for as much time as I can get, even if I have to face eviction. A lot of you have told me to let you know if I need help, so this is me asking for help. As much as it hurts my pride, I would do anything to make this less difficult for my son, including beg.

I can’t pay you back besides with my endless gratitude and I hope some day you can see us smiling and making it all on our own. I promise I will do my best to make you proud and appreciate the love and support more than you know.
