Hello, my name is Alex and I have been selected to attend the world scout jamboree in Poland in the summer of 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity but I will need some help to get there.

The Jamboree will involve tens of thousands of scouts from all over the world coming together to make friends, learn about different cultures and try new things. It aims to foster peace and understanding through shared experiences in outdoor activities, workshops and community projects. It will be an experience I can share with future generations of scouts who may be inspired to get involved.

This is a really exciting opportunity but it is a bit daunting, I am determined however to be brave and push myself out of my comfort zone. I want to use my fundraising to build my confidence so I can get the most from the experience and to help my local community so I can give something back while raising the funds I need.

Thank you so much for reading.
