Hello,

The seed of an idea started to form as drinks were being drunk following the surprise news that the very sneaky Alex and Taryn had got married earlier in the day on Saturday, 1st April 2023.

This was no April Fools Joke and was all real and came as a huge shock to almost everyone in the room.

This gave no opportunity for those present to give a gift to the newly weds. It was suggested that we as their friends and family could send them to Scunthorpe or Oldham for a honeymoon - but maybe, just maybe we can do better than that!

So this GoFundMe is so we can come together and send Alex & Taryn (and maybe Zara and Max) on a trip away...
