It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that, Alex Silva, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend has tragically passed away.

Alex was known for his louder than life personality, beautiful smile and big heart that he brought into so many lives throughout his 68 years. He had this charismatic energy that ignited the second he walked into a room. He was a man of deep faith and loved the Lord with all his might. He shared the Word of God with everyone and anyone! He could talk to you for hours:) and always made you feel like you were the most important person in the room. Alex was a people person and loved people in general. He was such a great friend, always there to listen and ever willing to lend you some good (long) advice!

As some of you may know, Alex was in and out of the hospital for the past year. He fought valiantly to spend each precious moment with his family until his last breath. He did it all with a smile and laughter. Alex loved his family deeply and spent his last days completely surrounded by them day and night.

We are faced with the overwhelming burden of funeral and medical expenses, and it is with a heavy heart that we turn to you for support. Your generosity can make a significant difference during this difficult time. Every contribution, no matter how small, will help us give Alex the dignified farewell he deserves and alleviate the financial strain on his widow.
