Alex Popp - Recovery Fund

It's been an eventful year for Alex Popp.
For those who don't know Alex personally, he is a roll with the punches kind of guy. He doesn't complain, he always asks how you are and is genuinely interested in your response. He is a dedicated, loving, and thoughtful son, brother, boyfriend and colleague. He might be better at laughing at jokes vs. telling them (ha!), but he does have an uncanny gift of providing a compelling synopsis of a movie. Seriously, it's often better than watching the film.
After dealing with mystery-like stomach issues for several months on-end, the pain came to it's apex and Alex was rushed to the hospital and they had to perform emergency surgery. A significant length of his colon was removed and a mass was found - it was cancer.
Alex spent weeks working with doctors to determine the best course of action, landing on chemotherapy. His his last round of treatment was Nov 6th (yay!) and his recovery has been steady, but honestly, challenging.
As many of you know or have experienced, this journey is not only physically and emotionally tough, it is financially difficult as well. We started this GoFundMe in hopes of helping ease the financial burden and to show him we are behind him 100%. We miss Alex and hope he returns to the office soon. It's been 6 long months and we hope we can help him a little so he can focus on getting better.
