Alex Pinedo (11-05-1987 to 02-23-2024) funeral

Alex is my brother, who just died at 36 years old.

He was a kind and often timid soul, loved dearly by many friends, and a large family.

He was in critical condition in the hospital for 9 days having lost consciousness and was without a heartbeat/not breathing for some time before EMTs brought him back via CPR and the AED. He suffered too much oxygen loss as well as several strokes that resulted in terminal brain damage.

3 of us watched him pass at 10:25 AM on this 23rd day of February 2024.

While in any other year we would have had no issues the funds to cover this with no issues, My dad had to let his business of many years go just over a month ago (due to health and other reasons), and my mom had just quit her job some days ago ready to find a new one, the same day we received the news. I can otherwise cover the cost for now but am in the midst of planning/paying for an expensive wedding in July (and my current FT job will end in June before moving to the E coast)

Many have asked how they can help; if it is on your heart I'm asking you to help my parents financially to cover the cost of cremation and other expenses related to the funeral plans anticipated (and perhaps some we are not accounting for) as we proceed.
