Hello, my name is Alex, and I’m a 24-year-old Cashier Lead. In 2020, I was diagnosed with GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). Around the same time, despite being isolated at home during the peak of the COVID pandemic, I also contracted mononucleosis. The combination of GERD, its medication, and the effects of mono triggered a severe reaction in my body—I began vomiting multiple times a day and continued to do so for nearly a year before the issue was finally resolved.

 As a result of the prolonged exposure to stomach acid, the enamel on my teeth was completely eroded. Over the past five years, despite consistent and careful oral hygiene, my teeth have continued to deteriorate. Many have become severely infected, and some have already had to be removed.

 Now, my only viable option to protect my jawbone and restore my health is to undergo full dental surgery. This would involve the removal of the remaining teeth and the placement of permanent ALL-ON-X implanted dentures.

 Unfortunately, the cost of this medically necessary procedure is far beyond my current means. I’m reaching out to my friends, family, and community for support in helping me take this important step toward long-term healing and quality of life.
