Hey I’m Charlie, Alex’s sister-in-law! I’m totally in awe of the courage and humility of Alex of adjusting to a  metal cage replacing part of her  spine! Determined to walk freely again Alex is making great progress, but she needs our support for a little more physiotherapy. This is vital for building up muscles lost since she was bedbound in January when a tumour was found to have broken her back!
