Support for Alex Matveyev
On Thursday evening, December 3rd, our dear Alex (or known by many as Sasha) was found collapsed on the floor in his home by his wife Diana and mother Zhanna. At just 35 years old, Alex’s heart suddenly stopped beating. EMS were able to restart his heart and rushed him to the nearest hospital where he was admitted for critical care. The doctors can’t seem to fully understand what could have caused this tragedy in a healthy young man. They are continuing to run tests but it’s likely that he suffered a major cardiac arrest.
Alex remains in extremely critical condition and unfortunately his doctors do not anticipate that he will recover.
Alex is a golden person. His silly sense of humor, kind and giving heart brings people together around him everywhere he is. He passionately stands up for what he believes in but he’s not afraid to admit when he is wrong. Alex is an obsessively loving father to his four year old son Liam, husband, son, brother, cousin, nephew, and best friend.
We are all devastated by this unexpected tragedy. If you’re able to help his immediate family with the financial burden caused by this horrific ordeal, any amount would be immensely appreciated.
