Alex is an outgoing, energetic and avid outdoorsman. He is also a talented carpenter where  he has worked on several concert tours, including Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato/Nick Jonas, Eric Church, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, which has allowed him to travel the world. His most current position with Metallica's WorldWired Tour, has been cancelled due to Covid 19, which put him out of a job. In the past few months Alex started feeling run down and experienced significant  weight loss. Recently Alex was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Colon cancer which is an aggressive and fast growing cancer. He found a wonderful care team at Regions Cancer Center and began his first round of chemotherapy on 01/28/21. His oncology team feels hopeful that the treatment plan will shrink the tumors.  Alex is fortunate to have an extensive support system of family, friends, neighbors and co-workers, who will be by his side and their love and support will carry him through his challenging journey.  All of your generous  donations will be put toward his extensive medical bills.
