**Fundraiser Closing**
Thank you to everyone, the massive amount of support cannot go unseen or appreciated. The Jaquez family has expressed their gratitude and cannot thank you enough for all your generous donations, words and prayers. With that being said, while we have reached our original goal of 5k and surpassed it we are now going to be closing the fundraiser for Alex Jaquez. Once again thank you and god bless you all. 
With a very heavy heart we ask for your financial support to help the Jaquez family pay for the funeral cost of Alex Jaquez' unexpected depart. Alex unfortunately passed on Valentine's Day morning; he was a husband, father and friend of many, known for his kind and generous heart; always radiating positive energy. Alex was a hardworking man, and breadwinner of his family of three; sharing over 4 decades of his life working as a machinist specializing in engine rebuilding. Alex was open-hearted and selfless; always greeting everyone in his home with a warm smile and always welcoming individuals with open doors to his home.
I as a long-time family friend of the Jaquez family have taken the initiative to help create this GoFundMe for my friend Andrew Jaquez, son of Alex, to help ease these difficult times. Your donations will help pay for the memorial service and funeral costs and bring financial relief to the Jaquez family as they plan for the proper arrangements.
