About a month ago around the same time as the sudden loss of one of his friends, Alex suddenly began losing feeling in his right leg. After some trips to the doctors in May he received his diagnosis and was rushed back to the hospital for brain surgery. After waiting a few days he had his operation and is currently healing in the ICU, the surgeon had to remove a malignant tumor about the size of a walnut. He will need to undergo more treatment to make sure the tumor does not return, but the surgery went well as far as we know. We will post updates as they come in but there are still tests to be done and Alex is in a lot of pain at the moment.
