Alex had a fire in her flat and lost everything

Alex - my 19 year old daughter - is studying at Bangor University in Wales and is in her second year of her Masters degree. On the 25th May there was an accidental fire in her flat which has caused devastation and destroyed almost everything including her Mac book essential for her university work and gifted to her by a late relative in her will, almost all her clothes, kitchen equipment, bedding etc as well as all her sentimental items

Her landlord has just dropped the bombshell that only his property and items are covered in his insurance.

I am creating this go fund me to help Alex replace a good chunk of her items to take away a little of the extreme anxiety she is feeling.
