My nephew Alex Guzman was practicing in Texas for his next PBR event on Thursday, May 26. He was bucked off and unfortunately received head injuries. He was flown to a Fort Worth Texas hospital and is in a coma. His mom, my sister Silvia and his brother Andy flew from California to be with him. I’m raising money for what might be his medical expenses and future recovery needs. If you know Alex Guzman, you know he has been working really hard and following his dreams in PBR, he is passionate, focused, driven, hard working and a great guy all around. He is the type of man that would help anyone in need. He has a huge heart. If he saw a stranger needing help, he would stop what he’s doing and ensure you’re wellbeing. One example that happened recently, Alex was driving down the road with horses in trailer and all and a woman was stranded with her son alongside the road and Alex stopped, gave her a ride to get gas and took her back to her car and made sure she was okay to go along. They became friends and followed each other on social media. What a heart of gold Alex has!
