Alex Franks 12 hour NHS Zwift Shift

My name is Alex Franks. I am 14 and I LOVE cycling.  I race for Hillingdon Slipstreamers on Road and Track and I am part of the British Cycling Talent Programme.  Normally, I would be busy racing around the country at this time of year but of course, everything is on hold because of Corona Virus.  It hasn't stopped me training though. I have been getting out for my daily exercise on my bike and also training hard on Zwift to keep up my fitness.

When I saw what Geraint Thomas is doing I decided to take part so I could put my training to good use and do my bit for the NHS.  When I was a baby I had feeding and breathing difficulties and the NHS were there to help me. And I have an aunt and uncle who work really hard in the NHS. They are all doing an amazing job at the moment and deserve our help.
