Alex passed away unexpectedly late Saturday night, January 23, 2021. He was 43 years old. Alex leaves behind his mother Leonette (Lee), father Dave, brother Nick, nieces Macy and Eden, and countless other friends and family members who loved him dearly.
Alex was a man with a larger than life personality and even bigger heart. He was a selfless soul who always went out of his way to help others. He had a unique sense of humor and outlook on the world, and also had the uncanny ability to find the humor in any situation. He had an unforgettable personality and made an impression on everyone he met. He was a "collector" of many things and found joy in giving new life to old items. Many people's trash became his treasure.
His death was extremely unexpected and the family was not financially prepared. Alex was extremely giving with his time and money and left behind no savings. Due to the current circumstances with financial constraints and COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to have a large funeral service like we would have wanted. However, the family would like to raise enough money to have a place where friends and loved ones can go visit.
