Hi family and friends :-)

I am looking to fundraise this year for my trip to Ennis, Ireland to compete for England in the EBA Blackball Pool European Championships. The tournament is in November where I will be away for nine days.

As a many of you know, this is my third season being retained in the England squad and I have luckily been able to self-fund or acquire sponsorship for previous tournaments. This year however, not only will I need to accept no payment from work to be allowed the time away, but we are also required to stay at a hotel in contract with the tournament and attending countries. I have already asked if we can stay at Air B n B or make our own arrangements and this is not allowed.

I appreciate times are tough for everyone, though I would be extremely grateful if anyone could donate anything they can spare to continue to support my journey with the England team. I absolutely love representing our country, along with the other women in my team, and know I make a positive impact.

If I am lucky enough to receive donations over the amount that I need, I would like to donate the rest to the MPS (Mucopolysaccharidosis) Society aka Hurler Syndrome, a rare genetic condition that can be seen in 1 in 100,000 people. This is a charity very close to my heart and supports families who are affected.

I feel I have always been so lucky to have such amazing people around me to support my pool playing in general, county and international competitions, and with or without donations just know it is so gratefully received.
