Hi, as many as you know Alex is part of a K-9 unit.
he used to work at the Glendale Galleria where he was an absolute joy for many of the employees and customers. He was more than a helping hand for most. On Friday April 5 at 10am Alex was traveling through Stockton California to get to work in San Francisco. Being that Alex is a veteran he is very punctual about being on time and due to the fact that he woke up late he made the mistake of speeding.
Alex was pulled over and taken into custody for his company gun.
Alex has never committed a crime before let alone a felony. The head of the sheriff’s department openly admitted to Alex’s job that he would have never charged Alex not one but for two felony charges due to his company gun. He said he would have “thanked him for his service and sent him on his way”
Alex would give anyone including strangers the last penny in his pocket if they needed it. He is the sweetest most kind hearted person I’ve ever known. He doesn’t deserve to be treated this way and locked up in jail. He is a mess without his dog and wants to be able to see him again and get back to work.
No one has been able to contact Alex since the day of his arrest. We need help getting him out of jail so that we can provide him with a proper lawyer and give him a fair trial.
