Hello my name is Alex and my wife’s name is Elizabeth and our daughters name is Cassie. As many of you know we have been living in the same family rental home for 14 years. We were just informed that we have until December 1st to move out and find a new place because they are selling. I raised 4 kids in this house. I was raised in this house. I thought that this was my forever home. I did not expect this and I am broke. Everyone around me knows that I do not ask for help unless I have exhausted all resources. We are lost and have found that the process of finding a new rental in this time frame is impossible there is nothing that a mostly single income household can afford or get approved for. I have been denied for a couple and or put on wait list. Which is has no openings until the middle of 2024 they say. So I have talked to a financial person and they say that if I do a few things on my end credit wise and come up with about $15k for closing cost and 3.5% down I can buy a house and since I unfortunately have no other way of coming up with that kind of money in 2 months it is with a heavy heart that I am asking everyone for help so that I may keep a roof over my family’s head. Every single dollar can and will help. I pray every day for a miracle and one that we may be worthy of. I thank every one for there consideration and or donation.
